If her legs are at a quarter to three then it is very close. :-)
However  pick her up and feel the pelvic bone underneath her. If thgere 
is no break in the bone then you still have some time left. If, however, 
the pelvis has separated to allow birth then it is imminent.

Regarding a birth partner, I left a rex in with an agouti and the rex
