[Gpdd] CARE: jicama OK for piggz???

Hey, Y'all,

Is jicama OK to feed piggz?  It's a tuber like a potato, but watery like a water chestnut, and a little sweet, like a turnip/parsnip.

We humans have eaten it peeled and diced with lemon juice and salt.  Chopped avocado added in is good, too.  You can also julienne it and put it on salads.

OK, OK, this is not the Recipe Daily Digest.................
