I'm behind on reading the Digests -- so maybe I missed this conversation....

Does anyone know they PetCo is not selling small animals right now?  I was at the Petco in Watchung, NJ last night.  They did not have any guinea pigs.  And even in the cages where they had hamster, gerbils and rats, they had signs that said something "Petco is not current selling any small animals".  The only cage where I did not see this sign was on the ferrets.

Any ideas?
