[Gpdd] HEATH: mooshy poops!

Hi,
 
I checked out Peter G's health pages,  in search of a mooshy poop  helper, 
and he mentioned some kind of British medication.  Is there an  American med 
good for soft poops (not diarrhea)?  I was wondering about a  baby version of 
Kaopectate.
