HEALTH: The Best Bedding
 
My girls have newspaper at the bottom of their cage, followed by Russells  
bedding (chopped straw) and then a bundle of meadow hay (chopped and dust  
extracted) in two corners for them to hide in and munch.  They do very well  on 
this and the paper at the bottom makes it easier to clean out as you just  roll 
it all up and take it away.
