[Gpdd] Guinea Pig almost drowned!

We found a red/white female Coronet abadoned behind
our shelter this morning.  She was in a small cage and
where the cage was set is a bad flooding area during
heavy rains and it did rain heavily last night.  If
not for the plastic house inside her cage that she was
able to get on top of, she wouldn't have made it.  She
was soaking wet, so pnuemonia and uri is the biggest
worry.  Stupid, horrible people!
