I'm sorry to say that I think your piggies palace is a bit too fussy plus don't believe for a minute that the grid is too small to trap piggie feet,  maybe feet but not tiny toes and piggies nails.  Rather be safe than sorry and keep her on solid ground with newspaper and bedding and hay over.
