[Gpdd] MISC: ensure

I forgot who wrote about the Ensure supplement but those supplements are not milk based and are considered lactose free- they just look like they are a dairy product. Ensure with fiber has 350mg Calcium in an 8oz canand 300mg Phosphorus- so the ratio of Calcium to phosphorus is a little higher. Regular Ensure has both 200 mg Calcium and 200 mg Phosphorus so that one is a 1:1 raio.
