[Gpdd] [ANNOUNCE] It was quiet at treat time tonight

I just got home from the grocery store. I held back the tears as I counted out 6 kiwi for my 6 guinea pigs. 

As I gave the piggies their kiwi tonight, they weren't very vocal. Usually, its so loud that you can't hear anything else. But tonight I could hear my daughters music playing on her computer. 

My 2 very vocal piggies were gone. Midnight would carry on with her wheeking & dancing all over the place until the kiwi was placed in front of her. She would nip at her daughter if she tried to sneak a bite. 

Christopher with his raspy wheeking because of his torn up nose. He would dance all over too. He would stand straight up on his hind legs to show how much he loved his kiwi. 


I'm sorry that I haven't answered any of you in your messages. This week has been emotionally & physically exhausting. I've read each & every one & was touched by all of them.

In memory of Midnight & Christopher, I miss both of you. Tell the rest of herd hello & take care of each other.
