Hi everyone,
I am pig sitting for one of my former rescue pigs. He was adopted out when he was about a month old. He was the calmest baby I had ever seen and is also the loudest pig I have ever heard! Now I am pig sitting while his family is in FL vacationing and they said he hadn't grown much but now I see him and he is about the same size as some 8-weekers I have! They take impeccable care of their babies as evidenced by Arnold's best buddy Squeekers who is enormous!
Arnold was born in my rescue. I still have one of his sisters Lydia. Jim, this is one of Olivia's brothers and when Wes, his other brother was adopted out he was a normal size. He was not the smallest of the litter and he has no health issues. He is now 6 months old.
Late bloomer? Dwarfed? I have never seen such a small little guy at his age. It is almost kind of neat in a way because you know how adorable they are when they are small, but I worry because he is so small, you know?
Maybe I worry too much which is possible. He is a very happy pig. I could not have made a better match...
Let me know if you have any ideas...
Thanks!
