Dear Jimmy the GP's Mother,
     Please do not feel too bad. Jimmy is obviously very stoic, but such 
things do happen. They'll be less likely to happen in the   future as you'll be 
doubly careful, I'm sure. A few drops of blood isn't bad. The late Beethoven 
even offered me a transfusion if I proved to need it after my, "accident." (I was 
the victim of the accident.
