Tribble hasn't been an escape artist but she has played hide and seek!

When she was a few months old, I let Tribble and Lokai out to go free range while I did some work around the condo. After about 30 minutes, I looked around and only saw Lokai. Tribble was no where to be found! I had been going in and out of the door so I thought she may have gone outside even though they NEVER leave the carpet on the living room floor. I freaked out. I looked for her all around the condo door to see if she was hiding between the potted plants. No Trib!

I located Lokai and put her in the cage. Then, I listened very carefully for any Tribble noises. I could here little wheeping noises. I finally hear something coming from under the sofa. I looked but she wasn't under there. Finally, I remembered that there was a hole in the bottom of the sofa. I carefully flipped it over and shone a flashlight in there. There was Tribble!! I had to pull off some of the old fabric on the bottom of the sofa. (It has been my great aunt's and needed to be recovered any way.) She was quite irritated when I pulled her out because she had been quite happy there.

I patched up the bottom of the sofa with some old sheets until I could get it repaired and there has not been a game of hide and seek since then.
