It's funny that you suggested setting up a weekly menu for Bud. I do that for my husband and me because we live out in the country and just go to town shopping once a week. I better have my plans made or I'll be left with no ingredients! In the past I have just loaded up on ALL the things I want to feed Bud or have in my own salad but I haven't really made a weekly plan. Very good and simple idea. The thing I lament the most, though, is that I can't give him all the things he REALLY wants the most as much as he'd like. I'll be sooooo glad when it's grass season again. I always cut grass for him twice a day and he squeaks as soon as he hears the back door opening! Please don't tell me there's anything wrong with grass!!!!!

I wanted to mention about the veggie wash I bought on Saturday. I've only used it once because I do all my washing as soon as I get home and then I'm done for the week. One spray bottle was $3.99 and it seems like it will go fast! That's a little steep in price and it's actually a bit of work to use. I sprayed it on the peppers and cucumbers, let it set the prescribed time and rubbed hard. Then rinsed. Seriously, unless I did it wrong, I didn't notice a big difference. The veggies still seemed to have the wax on them. Next time I'll try letting it set longer but I'm not sold on it yet.

Finally, I also wish to extend my thanks to Jenna for all the work on the Valentine's Day exchange. I enjoyed it immensely and am already planning what to do for Christmas.

Oh, Bud's cowboy hat arrived yesterday!!!!! Too cute. Now I just have to teach him to wear it!
