[Gpdd] health:piggie with sometimes crusty eyes

Hi.I read the digest every day, but don't post much. I have a 2 year old piggie named Albert(I attached his picture!) Some days the inside corner of his eyes are crusty. He is otherwise his usual healthy, playful self. Does anyone know what this is? Should he go to the vet? I wipe out his eyes with a tissue when they are crusty. I'm just concerned he could be sick. He sleeps with his eyes open all the time, so maybe that's causing it? If anyone has any information we'd like to hear from you. Thanx in advance!
