[GPDD] Health: Do gpigs blink?

I was watching my guinea pigs the other day, and noticed (it has taken me a
long time) that they don't seem to blink. I know they can close their eyes,
because I've seen them asleep before, but do they need to close them
regularly like humans? I've also noticed that sometimes my piggies sleep
with their eyes open, but I think this is just their instinct, since they
are prey animals.
