[Gpdd] CARE re. feeding beans

Regarding feeding guinea pigs beans, all I know is from when I had my first 
piggy as a child (a long, long time ago) I read in all books that green beans 
are very poisonous for guinea pigs (I don't know why) and that they cannot 
digest the other beans very well (will causes bloating). That has always been 
enough information for me to never, ever try them.
I couldn't find out any more on the subject, but my guess is that animals 
have died after eating beans, and that's why they were listed in the poisonous 
section.
