[Gpdd] health: impaction

All three of our boys were neutered so it made it much
easier to tell.  Of the three boys, only Parsifal had
a problem with impaction.  He didn't act differently
when he was impacted.  He just looked like he had a
gobstopper in his tushy.  That would be my scientific
explanation.
