My boy, Beaker, is about 3.5 months old now, and as I'm slightly
paranoid about his nutrition, I want to make sure that I'm feeding him
well! Right now, he gets some veggies in the morning, and I also
basically free-feed him a mix of alfalfa and timothy hay pellets. He
also gets hay at all times. My question is, is it ok to give him as
much of the pellets as he wants? He usually nibbles on them
throughout the day, and I give him a refill before I go to bed at
night. Is this enough, too much, or what? Beaker is happy and
healthy and I want to keep him that way!

Thanks,
Lisa

That's perfect. The fact that your pig is healthy is a clear indication of that. Just be careful not to go mad with the green veg. It can cause diahorrea and though it is easy to deal with - it's far from pleasant! Pigs are greedy and so will carry on eating greens for ever, which means it is up to us, essentially, to regulate this.
Hope that helps!

Amy
