I sometimes get a rash on my neck from one of my pigs.  It is weird because only this certain pig causes a rash.  I just don't let her up around my neck all the time.  You can try to avoid getting a rash by limited contact to your forehead.  Sorry I don't have any other advice to give you.  Hopefully someone else can give you more information.
