[Gpdd] hay and future plans

Hello fellow slaves,
I have a few questions: First, is anyone else on the list from
Northern Colorado? I am looking for a reliable source for a new bale of
grass hay, which in the summer is easy to find cause everyone has signs up
along major roads outside Boulder advertising their hay. I am not sure how
to find hay bales in winter, though, and my 5 pigs would go through the
little bags of hay at the store in a day. Any ideas?
Second, I am probably going to have to move either to Canada or
Alaska in the Fall for graduate school. I don't really want to since it
means I probably can't keep my piggy friends, but I can't put off grad
school much longer. I may be able to keep one or two pigs, but certainly
not all 5 if I move, and if I have to stay in the dorms in Alaska I can't
keep any pets. I can't really trust my mom to take any piggies, cause
she's the one who left the parent pigs to my herd out in a rabbit shed
where they got sick and died. So I am looking for a few good homes for my
piggies. I don't want to send them to a shelter to find homes, cause of
the stress that would cause for them, so at least till I know that I am
for sure moving into a dorm imminently, I'll keep them with me till they
are matched up with new slaves. I don't want to part with any of them, so
it's tough trying to decide which one or two I'll keep, so it is probably
best to see who wants them first. All of them are a year old except Sonja,
who is a year and 6 months old. Gus and Sonja are a pair, and Max and
Brunhilde are a pair; Freddy is a loner pig, but is acting lonesome, so he
may be able to adjust to living with another pig. Freddy is the only
unneutered male I have left. Please email me if you are in the vicinity of
Boulder, Colorado and are interested.

Thanks
-Jamie Barringer
