[Gpdd] HEALTH: Neutering

I'm kind of sad! I asked for any advice pertaining to neutering that you all could help me out with, and no one has replied! Has NO ONE had their gp neutered? Or is it not an important issue? I think it is, my little niko is about to go through it and i'm kind of worried! Once agian, any info that would help would be very appreciated.
