[GPDD] Annoucement: 10 years!

Hello all! I just realized that this month, I have had guinea pigs for 10
years! I got Pippen when I was almost three, and I am almost thirteen right
now. WOW. I am amazed. All ten years of having gpigs was wonderful and I
hope to keep them forever (well, maybe not quite)! Right now I have
Gerenzie, Cassius, and Tertia (the girls) and Dmitri (our boy). Gerenzie is
four years old (by the way, her name is pronouced like a gurensey cow) and
she is (sadly) the second oldest gpig we have had. Our oldest, Lucy, was
almost seven when she had surgery to get a cyst removed and the surgery
killed her because she was so old. Tertia and Dmitri are Gerenzie's kids,
and Cassius is Gerenzie's step-daughter or aunt. I know, that made no sense,
but there are usually two ways to look at the relationship between gpigs in
this crazy gpig family!
