[Gpdd] HEALTH Cold/sypmtoms care

Hello, I bought a guinea pig 3 weeks ago and he's already sneezing, when 
I was holding him I saw a little "snot" come from his nose, I also hear 
sneezing often in his cage. Inresults of this I keep his cage covered. 
Will he get over this "cold" himself or will I need to purchase medicine 
for him?
How often do guinea pigs need shots, if at all?
