[Gpdd] HEALTH: Vomiting correction

I must stand corrected. GPs can regurgitate which I guess is slightly different than vomit per my LVT sister. Vomiting includes all of the "heaving" and stuff where regurgitation, well things just come back up.
 
I just thought I would make that clarification!
