A slave after my own heart!  However, you are probably right that the trip and
the festivities would be more stressful on them than fun. I wanted to take the 
Okie Piggies to the boat show next weekend to see Twiggy, the Water Skiing
Squirrel, but in reality they would probably be focusing more on all the lights 
and strange noises and sites around them than Twiggy, not to mention the risk
of taking them out in the cold.  So we may try to video tape Twiggy and play it 
back for them. That way they can watch it more than once - they still enjoy 
watching The Guinea Pig Way with the piggies singing and dancing. 
Why not have someone video your wedding for the piggies? And have their 
pigtures displayed at a family area at the reception. You could even pose 
them on color-coordinated pillows/backgrounds for your wedding  - even use
little hats or bows, etc, to make them a part of the wedding party!  Have you
seen the pigture of Sugar and Piglet in top hat and veil?  It's the most darling
pigture I've ever seen, and the OP's have it framed and hanging in their condo.
Then have a 'piggie reception' with the piggies when you return home, playing
the video and having piggie treats.
Of course, you'll have to put it all on a website to share with us all afterward!
