Sam,
I have also noticed this "random sneezing" from my Kayla.  I always get
worried and watch her like a hawk evertime she does that one isolated
sneeze.  I too get worried that it is a sign of something else, but she
is always healthy and happy . . . and I guess that sometimes a sneeze is
just a sneeze.  I am relieved that I am not the only one that worries
when their GP randomly sneezes, though!
