Yes, I agree that the piggies should be separated.  I created a large
pen from coroplast and got the grids that they sell at Bed, Bath and
Beyond and created a barrier.  The piggies now see each other, but
cannot hurt each other.  Also, if one of the piggies is injured, then he
should be taken to a vet immediately.
