[Gpdd] [Health] Eating grass

My friend has been feeding her pigs grass for the past 3 summers.  It is plain backyard grass, don't know exactly what kind but she said when they eat it, their urine turns a light red color.  When she stops feeding the grass, their urine goes back to normal color. 
 
Does anyone have any ideas, cause I sure don't.
