[Gpdd] Misc: How to report a problem at Petco

Not to single out Petco, any store can have a problem. It's how they
handle it that counts. And what we do about it  when we find it.
This information was sent to me, after someone had reported a
problem at one of the Petco stores. I'm sure PetSmart has a similar
policy, as any of the large chain stores likely do.  The smaller stores
would be more difficult, but we owe to the little guys sitting in those
stores, waiting for a loving, forever home, to look out for them.
So I'm passing along this info, file it somewhere, and hopefully we
can then forget it.
