Dear WW GP family,

I finally caught up reading about 2 weeks worth of GPDD. What sad news
lately. So many little buddies crossing the bridge. I've been reading
the GPDD for a long time now. Before there Joseph, Leah, Alge and others
that I can't remember right now- who always acknowledge the crossing of
each little furry one to the Rainbow Bridge, there was Cindy. Each
message of sympathy would close with 'Sadly, Cindy and Calliope'. Then
it was Calliope's turn to cross the bridge. Then other little furry ones
came into Cindy's life and eventually there was 'Sadly, Cindy and Joey
G.' Now Joey has gone to the bridge. And Niles Cougar - Prince had so
much fun with him on the Virtual PigNic. And Cally. Prince had so much
fun with all of them at the Laying of the Last Poo at Cape Alava. The
list goes on - but they are all important to their slaves and I know the
slaves must be very sad. We are crying with you.

My friends, please send healing thoughts our way - dear Prince has been
having a bit of a tough time. He doesn't know it because he is still
cheerfully munching hay, parlsey, grapes, carrots, whatever is put in
front of him. But his little back legs have been starting to give out on
him. And although he was one generous guy giving poo for the cause of
the Great Guinea Pig Poo Trail, he is not producing as much. I gave him
some liquid calcium yesterday and today but his right rear leg appears
to be non-functional. He still has an appetite and thirst and we're
going to have his teeth checked - but we would appreciate any good
thoughts you can send to us.

With sympathy for all the grieving slaves and thanks in advance for your
thoughts,
Annette, Mindy and Prince
