Hello Sam

I doubt that you can get it at the military grocery
store. I use it on my pigs. I have a lot with black
nails and it's easy to go into the quick even with
clipping the very ends. 
I got my septic powder from a dog magazine, Dr Foster
and Dr. Smith. You could get it on line from them too.
Just do a google search for Dr Foster and Smith. It is
a yellow powder and it works like a charm.
