[Gpdd] health: sores?

i'm a bit puzzled. you see i was clipping niko and bianca's nails last night, and scraping the poo out of their nails frrom them walking on it, and i noticed on the pad of one of niko's feet there were a few brown spots that i had never seen before. are they sores? they're enot really scabby or anything, just a few little brown spots...should i have him checked out? what is bumblefoot anyways? does anybody else scrape the poo out of their piggies nails with the dull end of a toothpick when toothbrush doens't work?
