Rachel,
Guinea pigs should not have scrambled eggs or anything else cooked, fried, etc.  Only fresh veggies and fruits besides hay and pellets.  What else does this student give the pig to eat?  I feel sorry for the pig.
 
And the piggie with the lumps, she should be taken to the vets. Hope there isn't anything seriously wrong with her.
