Hello Slaves!
I've been meaning to write the Digest
about Mr. Personality (my little
Butterscotch) and tell ya'll about
something funny that he does. Well,
ya'll know how he sleeps under our
bed at night, right? And at this point,
I can't even fall asleep until I hear
him come running full speed from the
living room. And then once he gets
situated, I can relax. Lately, I've
been sneaking him some veggie treats
like parsley or romaine (stuff that
Brownie Bear can't have because of
her bladder sludge problems). I'll
leave it in his little 'area' under
our bed and usually it's gone by the
morning. If I give him that stuff when
B-Bear is around, she'll try and steal
it away if I'm not looking.

So, anyways, in the morning, if we're
not up by 7am-ish, Butterscotch will
start making a Big Fuss! He'll start
running around purring and talking.
Then, he'll jump in the grassy hutch and
continuously head butt it so that it will hit
the bottom of our bed (thump! thump! thump!).
I guess he's trying to tell us to "WAKE UP!"
ha ha! Well, usually whee don't immediately
get up, so Butterscotch eventually gives
up. Then, it's time for him to make his
Grand Exit: He starts running full speed
under our bed in a circle a couple of times,
makes all kinds of noise, and then he runs
FULL SPEED out of our bedroom. But, it's
crazy cuz he's got these gigantic paws, and
he'll run really hard on them, so it sounds
like a 16-pound cat is running (as opposed
to a 2.75 pound piggie). My Hubby and I
always burst out Laughing at the little
guy, because he so full of personality.

I LOOOOOOOVE me some Butterscotch!!!

     Love 'n Wheeeeeeeps,
       Leah...Slave to Brownie Bear
                     & Butterscotch :-)
