[Gpdd] health: newspapers in cages

The reason why newsprint used to be harmful to animals
and people was because there was lead in the ink, but
that was banned back in the 80's.  So it is considered
safe to use newsprint with your pets.  I'm not sure
about colored newsprint and the colored adds.
