All guinea pigs mount one another to show dominance.  You should keep them together unless they are biting each other or showing aggressiveness towards one another.  The mounting should subside in a few days and after the first day, should be less frequent.  Put them back together and watch them in case they don't get along.  Whatever you do, if they begin to fight, do NOT put your hands in there to separate.  They will bite you.  Throw a towel or spray them with water to distract them, than remove one with a towel.
