Stacy,
I'm so sorry to hear about Max
and his tooth problems. I hope
he is doing better now and eating
more on his own. I know you must
be worried about him, and he's
Daddy's Favorite too...Wheee've
definitely gotta nurse him back
to good health!

Here's how I syringe my Brownie
Bear when I give her Shilintong:
(Side Note: Candy, I'll be writing
about the Shilintong in a little bit)

I put a towel in my lap and put BB
on the towel and I hold her close
to me. For the first little bit, she
will fight me, so I usually kind of
gently (but firmly) hold her head
still so I can administer the herb.
After that first little bit, then
she takes in the rest on her own.
Then, I'll syringe her water to wash
it down and when she's full, she starts
letting the water drip out of her mouth.
Okay, you know what Stacy, I don't know
what I was thinking. I'm not a good
person to get syringe tips from because
my piggies don't fight me really.

And that Butterscotch...he will suck
water out of a syringe like you would
Believe! I don't have to do anything
with him. I just put him on my lap and
show him the syringe and he latches onto
like a baby on a teat.

I hope other Slaves have given you some
good tips. And I also hope that Max is
feeling better soon...

   Love 'n Wheeeeeeeeeps,
     Leah...Slave to BB & BS :-)
