[Gpdd] HEALTH: Hand sanitizer

I just wanted to make comment on using hand sanitizers. I work in a healthcare setting where we deal with blood, needles, etc everyday. We have been told that hand sanitizers are acceptable to use but you need to wash your hands after using it 3 times in a row. Just wanted to throw that in,
