[Gpdd] Misc: Emergency procedures

With today's announcement of certain earthquake tendencies in California, CocoPuff
has reminded me that we should all make certain emergency plans for our little
friends. (This is the pig who made the trek a couple years ago to the storm shelter
when the tornado sirens went off here)  While emergency medical personnel have
made strides by carrying oxygen masks for the little guys,  how many of us have
a plan?  
Maybe we can coordinate an effort and compile some guidelines to be posted for
all to read and use.  Not just fire and general evacuation procedures, but prevention
and safety (where would the safest spot be for a cage? what would the safest 
construction be in an earthquake or tornado-prone area?  what kind of boat should
you have ready in flood-prone areas? what emergency supplies should we have on hand?)
When we recover from the Great Pignic, we should hold a general meeting to
come up with some guidelines . . .
