Many piggies get this.  It's called spurs.  It's genetic in some piggies.
Take the piggie to the vet and watch how the vet removes the spurs.
Usually a bandage scissors used to cut the areas that stick out of the foot.
Unfortunately, they tend to grow back.  Just watch out for them and have
them cut.  You don't want your piggie to have the spurs caught in something
because then it becomes a greater problem.
