[Gpdd] [Misc] update on lotje, new addition and secret santa

Hi gp-lovers,
Last time I posted, I wrote about Lotje who had a bald spot on her back and
was scratching and biting herself a lot.
since then we gave her and guiny and Suus an anti-mite treatment. They did
not enjoy that, because we had to spray them while rubbing up their hair.
But we did see an improvement in their behaviour, Lotje itched a lot less
and guiny her behaviour was much better after the treatment. They were
actually really cute, licking each other ridding theirselves of the stuff.
Yesterday they had their second (and last) treatment. I think they are doing
fine right now. Lotje's fur is growing back, and they're hardly scratching
nowadays.
 Last saturday we got a new addition to our herd. I think it's best when my
sister introduces her. she is a black brown an a bit of white sheltie (i
hope its the same in english, as this is the term in dutch) satin sow. She
is pretty quiet, but is doing better then when she just arrived at our place
(i wasn't there though). But what i really wanted to tell you all is that my
lotje and the new guineapig are very fond of each other! when suus, her
cagemate, is annoying her she will run and hide behind my lotje. And she was
even allowed to lick lotje's ears. But she always hates to be touched there
by us, slaves.
 About the secret santa I think my two girls would like to join, maybe we
can team up with my sisters girls. so we will be four in total, but i will
have to ask her. I think it will be easier to send our presents together, it
will definetly be cheaper!
