Hi Monica

It sounds like she could have ovarian cysts. My Ginger
has the same problem. She loses fur in patches, then
grows it back, just to loose it again. She is 4 years
old and she has a heart problem, so she would more
than likely die in surgery. 
A hysterectomy can stop this problem though. There is
always a risk when a piggy has surgery whether they
are young or old. Sometimes they can treat them with a
human hormone of pregnant women. It helps for a while.
