Hello,

It appears that your poor baby pig is missing vitamine C. It can be a mortal deficience as you know
She seems quite young too, If she is a female she's been separate to early from her mother.

Here is what we're doing in thoses case in France when a young cavy seem to have those troubles :

According to her weight, i would give her synthetic VitC directly in her mouth : 0.017 ounce of VitC (0.5 ml)directly in her mouth with a syringe (remove the needle of before of course).
She needs highly caloric food. I would give her daily mash bananas and natural oak flakes during 2 weeks.....

..... But you should see you're vet as soon as possible.
Therefore i don't know what are Baytril and alfalfa..... What sort of vegetable are you giving her? The best is to give the ones that are rich in vitC and E such as Fennel, green and red pepper.....
If she is not used to vegetable introduce them progressivly because it can cause her troubles to change diet....

I hope you're little miss will get better.... We're waiting for more news....
  amicalement,

  Sigolène
