[Gpdd] Health - squeaking when pooing

Hi Everyone, my little guy Flo has been squeaking when he poos. It seems like 
it hurts him to poo. Also it seems like he can't get comfortable, like he's 
not lying down much. Did anyone else ever have this problem? I'm trying to get 
a vet appointment for today but I thought if anyone could help me think of 
what it could be, I'd really appreciate it. I couldn't really sleep because i'm 
so worried - I just don't want him in pain. Thanks for any help.
