-Are any of his back teeth overgrown?
-"Wasting's Disease" (and situations like yours) often respond well to being given Brewer's Yeast daily..has done some miraculous turn arounds!  Once it is started it must continue for the rest of the pig's life...just a little piece of a Brewer's Yeast tablet (push it back until it's in the back teeth, not if teeth are overgrown, and he can't spit it out!) or, if the pig will eat it on his own, some "shavings" or finely "ground" bits of it on top of the food daily.
