Yes, you can use Nystatin.  Apply on nose 3 times a day.  Hold pig until most of the suspension has soaked in.
 
Good luck with Cosmo and Sparco's treatments.  Hope their fungal infections clear up soon.  I know first-hand how bad a fungal infection is.
