I am in tears right now. First,
I am Soooooo HAPPY that you're
Okay, and your Fiance, Mom, and
all of the Uineas are Okay too.
On the news, I have been watching
all of the destruction, and chaos,
and sadness, but I can't even
imagine what I would do if I was
really there. :-(

That poem was Beautiful, and so
True, ya know. I am truly a
believer of telling people close
to me that I Love them because you
really don't know if that's the
last time you see or talk to that
person. This is shocking, but my
Mother used to Never tell me that
she Loved me. Like, it was weird,
cuz it was hard for her to even
get the words out(???). Well, one
day when I was young (in college),
I yelled at her and told her that
she needed to be more affectionate.
And I asked her--What if I Died
tomorrow??? Wouldn't it be nice
to know that I knew you loved me?
So, now, everytime I see her or
talk to her on the phone, she tells
me she loves me.

I am the same way with Daddy Slave
and the Piggies. Whenever I leave
for work, I always tell Blaine I
Love him, because I feel like if I
didn't, then something Bad would
happen to me. And I don't care if
I'm running late, I make it a point
to hug Brownie Bear and Butterscotch
individually. And I kiss all over
them and tell them how much their
Mommy Slave Loves them...

I'm Sorry I rambled, Misty. Your
message really got to me, ya know.
I know I take things for granted
and I shouldn't because when something
Horrible like 'Hurrican Katrina'
happens, I know that I could be gone
tomorrow...
