[Gpdd] Helping the small and furries

There has been some confusion going on and I wanted to try and strighten it all out. SC Guinea Pig Rescue is my rescue,I am the one that is basically over the small animal supplies going to help the pets in the diaster areas. The confusion is the group that supplies will be going with is called Project Halo, they are a cat and dog rescue. Since my rescue has not yet become 501(c)3  I can NOT legally accept donations from people that require a tax receipt. I can accept any donation to be used to buy supplies for the small furries down there but I can NOT give legal tax deducatable receipts. If you send your donation and need a tax receipt it has to go to Project Halo who will use the money as they see needed. If you donate to my rescue then I will purchase approiate supplies for the small animals and send them. Really the only difference is if you need a tax receipt or not.
