[Gpdd] {Care/Help} I have a long list of emails of pets that need help

Trina, maybe somehow Digesters could be paired with the needy animals, sort 
of like a Secret Santa, except with the "gifts" going in only one 
direction?  I imagine that more than one Digester would have to be paired 
with each family, since the needs are so great, but perhaps it could work?

And/or maybe the list can be coordinated with the EARS or Noah's Wish 
people, etc.?
