Hello everyone & everypig!
It has been a long time since I last wrote to the Digest, but I wanted
to send this link to share.

Carol Ziegler is my mother in law. She was heartbroken when she learned
that Shy would need to be turned over (she couldn't afford the
requirements to get her back). It is too late for Shy, but now
hopefully someone else will not needlessly lose their "dangerous dog".
I know dogs are dogs & can be unpredictable, but so can ANY animal. Shy
was 'the family dog'- she just liked to 'wander'. Believe me, she was
the Houdini of dogs. Carol went to extremes in her fencing just to
insure Shy couldn't get out. Shy was taken in just last week (3rd
time)- this ordinance came too late for her, even though my mother in
law has been told that if she hasn't been euthanized yet, they will let
her have Shy back to 'make up' for her not receiving the 'final warning'
paperwork she never saw.
I just wanted to share this with you all.
PIG & Reese are doing fine. Health, happy, fat 'n sassy! They love
their romaine, grapes, etc treats. Nothing much to report for the
'pigs.
Our hopes & prayers are with those in the Gulf coast of the US. My
family is taking in a refugee family tonight. :)
Talk to you later!
Anna
